At LAQEER, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, including the cost of shipping an exchanged item back to them.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- LAQEER reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will provide further instructions. You can reach us by email, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us with photos so we can resolve the issue at no additional shipping cost to you.
